Great customer service! I needed to send a very special basket with specific items to my daughter and son in-law, celebrating arrival of their 1st baby, before I can come to see them in Tally. Living cross country, searching online and comparing shops, I found Hilly Fields Florist & Gifts to be a great flower shop because of their beautiful flower design arrangements and many gift options. At that time I didn't know about their excellent customer service. I looked at their website, picked the items I liked, and called them to work the details of what exactly I wanted. Soon I found out that their customer service is top notch. Even though I had too many details and requests on how the basket should look, they were courteous and very patience with me. The result of their design/arrangement talents, and excellent customer service, was a beautiful gift basket delivered to my kids in timely manor, which made my children happy and subsequently made me happy. Thank you again for a well done job! :)

I was that customer that called in last minute to see if they would still be able to deliver flowers about a hour in a half before closing. they not only were very nice about it but were very kind over the phone. I called 4 places in Tallahassee area and received a bit of an attitude when asked if there was possibility of still doing delivery. My sister received her flowers on time and they were beautiful also exactly what I asked for. I'll be honest I didn't want to spend the amount I actually spent but because of the service I ended up spending more. I couldn't be any happier with their service and going above and beyond to help a customer out. I have family in the area and will continue to bring my business here. Fantastic florist! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Mother's Day snuck up on me this year, so I called them at 2 pm the day before Mother's Day and by 4 pm and I had a thank you e-mail with a pic from my mom. I discussed with them my preferences, and they did a wonderful job fulfilling my vision. My mom reports that the flowers are fresh and should last a long time.

My son sent flowers to me and his sister (her first Mother's Day). We had a small issue with the flowers (the arrangements themselves were beautiful). I called Saturday and talked to one of the owners, she gave me some suggestions but said if it didn't work to call them back. Sadly it didn't! I called yesterday and spoke with Dave. He said not a problem and he would have two new arrangements sent out that evening. Believe when I say that they were absolutely the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Hilly Fields will definelty be our go to florist. Great customer service!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!!
